Do you need your Company Accounts prepared and submitted to Companies House?
Many Directors who run limited companies are under the impression that Company Accounts have to be prepared by an accountant. Although accountants can provide advice on how to run your company and be tax efficient, Caroline Streatfield Bookkeeping has learned from talking to clients that this rarely happens and the service provided is only the preparation of accounts after frustrating delays.
Your statutory accounts can be prepared and your company tax return completed from only £597. This is based on bookkeeping entries having been made and being available via spreadsheets or online software.
If there is a backlog of bookkeeping to be undertaken, this can be completed and will be charged at the usual rate of £29 per hour.
Similarly the service can be useful if you are a sole trader since a set of accounts can provide clarity on business performance and is useful if you are looking for finance.
If your business operates as a sole trader and you require sole trader accounts to be completed, prior to the preparation of your Self Assessment Tax return, then we can complete these for you. Depending upon the state of your paperwork this will be £100 for simple preparation or £200 for standard preparation.
CSB aims to provide a high level of service so that you do not get lost within a large practice, which doesn’t have the time to return your calls.
